After a gift card is issued, the full gift card code is visible only to the customer because gift cards are considered currency. Only the last four characters display in the list of sold gift cards, but you can search by either the last four characters or the full code.

  • Date created - displays gift cards based on the time period when they were issued
  • Issue method - displays gift cards based on whether the cards were issued, purchased, or generated by an app

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products > Gift cards.

  2. Click the search and filter icon.

  3. Optional: Click Add filter +.
