I'm using carrier calculated shipping. Why are no rates being returned?
One of the most common mistakes when using carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEX, Canada Post) is not setting product weights.
Product weights are essential for carriers to return rates. They will not return a rate when a product weight is set to 0.
To check what your product weight is:
From your shop admin, go to the Products page.
Select a product.
Scroll down to the area entitled "Inventory & variants".
Click the edit link next to your variant. You should see a screen that looks similar to the one below:
If the weight value is set at 0, this is likely your problem. Add your product weightand click Save.
If your product weight is not set to 0, another possibility is that you have set up an invalid "Shipping from" address, or an address that the carrier does not recognize.
To check or change this:
From your shop admin, go to the Settings > Shipping page.
At the very top, you should see your shipping address.
If you need to make changes to the address, click the edit link.
